Residence Inn by Marriot
Anaheim, Orange County, CA

A commercial appraisal of a Residence Inn with 200-guest-rooms. The improvements consist of 25, two-story wood frame buildings totaling 125,640 square feet. Access is provided by curb cuts along Clementine Street as well as across adjoining properties. Project amenities include a club house, pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts.


Holiday Inn Express
Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernadino County, CA

A commercial appraisal of a Holiday Inn with 93-guest-room limited service hotel. The improvements consist of one, three-story, wood frame building totaling 48,814 square feet. Access is provided by curb cuts along Milliken Avenue and adjoining properties. Amenities include pool, spa, breakfast area, exercise room, and conference rooms.


Holiday Inn
San Clemente, Orange County, CA

A commercial appraisal of a Holiday Inn with 72-guest-room full service hotel and a manager's unit. The improvements consist of one, three-story wood frame building totaling 42,160 square feet. Access is provided by a curb cut along Avenida Del La Estrella. Project amenities include a restaurant, conference rooms, pool, and hot tub.

Palm Desert, Riverside County, CA

A commercial appraisal of a Hampton Inn with 88-guest-rooms. The improvements consist of one, three-story, wood frame building totaling 46,467 square feet. Access is provided by curb cuts along Gerald Ford Drive and an unnamed street to the north. Amenities include pool, spa, breakfast area, and conference room.


Comfort Suites
Palm Desert, Riverside County, CA

A commercial appraisal of a Comfort Suites with 72-guest-rooms. The improvements consist of one, three-story, wood frame building totaling 42,859 square feet. Access is provided by curb cuts along Washington Street and Varner Road. Room types include mostly single and double rooms with suites and whirlpool rooms. Project includes conference rooms, a breakfast area and outdoor pool/spa. Guestrooms vary from studios to one-bedroom rooms.


Korakia
Palms Springs, Riverside County, CA

A commercial appraisal of an upscale bed and breakfast known as Korakia, consisting of two groups of buildings comprising a Mediterranean Villa and a Moroccan Villa. The improvements total 16,622 square feet, housed with eight buildings of wood-frame or adobe brick construction. Each group of buildings, Moroccan Villa complex and the Mediterranean Villa complex, are built around a central courtyard area with a swimming pool; the Villas are historic buildings, which have undergone detailed restorations over the years. The guest rooms are furnished with an eclectic assortment of furniture from around the world. Some of the furnishings include Persian rugs, handmade wooden beds with featherbed mattresses, and antique furniture. Most rooms feature a fireplace, table with chairs, clothing closets, a dresser, nightstands, and a coffee maker. All the guest rooms have private patios either with opening onto the pool or spa areas.
