Southland Valuation, Inc. is a full-service appraisal company located in Orange County, California. We appraise and review a wide variety of property types. Southland Valuation's geographic area includes most of Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties. SVI has a diverse client base and includes several of the largest banks and financial institutions in California.

MAI Designation

The Appraisal Institute is the profession’s most prestigious national association. The Institute’s MAI designation is awarded to professionals who have completed a rigorous education, peer review and passed testing requirements relating to the valuation of all classes of commercial real estate. Our managing partner, Thomas H. Lim, is among the limited number of real estate appraisers holding the MAI designation.
